A basketball player is going to do slightly different drills than a volleyball player when training to jump higher. You must understand your sport and the biomechanics behind jumping the highest during play on game day.
How should I train for my sport?
First you must identify your sport and what movements you want to improve. If you play football you want to focus on plyometrics that will increase speed on the ground. A volleyball player will want to focus on movement that will convert forward momentum into vertical leap.

I do not understand where the UIGEA came from.
I get that it is supposed to curb illegal youth gaming (because World of Warcraft is so much better for a 17 year old than poker is.) I get that it is supposed to curb money laundering (because there is obviously nothing illegal going on with the Oil, Coffee and Corn Markets.) I even get that it was supposed to help other gaming industries (because if you play poker online than you obviously would never go to Vegas again.)
